AI is a paid add-on
AI features inside ClickUp for creating, summarising and organising project work.
ClickUp AI is the AI assistant inside ClickUp’s project management platform. It helps write and summarise tasks, generate subtasks, draft updates and answer questions about project context. It is available as a paid add-on on ClickUp plans, including the free plan.
AI is a paid add-on
It handles admin inside an app you already use - summarising notes, drafting docs, updating task statuses, answering questions about your own content. The value is reducing context-switching.
Pick by where your work already lives. Notion AI suits docs-and-notes workflows; ClickUp AI suits task and project management. Switching tools to get AI features usually costs more than it saves.
Only if your team uses the AI features regularly. For occasional summarising, the cost may not pay off. Trial one seat before rolling out across a team.
